Pennsylvania law authorizes the following fees for notarial acts:  

• Taking an acknowledgement - $5.00 per signature

• Taking proof of a deed - $5.00 per signer

•  Executing a jurat - $5.00 per signer

•  Administering an oath/affirmation - $5.00 per person/signer

Pennsylvania Law authorized the following fees for REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS: For administering oaths, taking affidavits, taking proofs of a deed & taking acknowledgments of the GRANTORS  (Sellers) in the transfer of real estate, regardless of the number of services performed in a single transaction to transfer real estate the fee is $15.

Pennsylvania  law authorizes the following fees for REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS:  For administering oaths, taking affidavits & taking acknowledgements of MORTGAGORS(Homeowners/Buyers) in the financing of real estate, regardless of the number of services performed in a single transaction to finance real estate the fee is $25. 

I offer fair and affordable flat rate travel fees:

$25 for 0-5 miles

$50 for 6-10 miles

$75 for up to 25 miles

$90 for 26 – 50 miles.

Travel fees and convenience fees; they are separate from the fees charged for notarial acts.   

Extraordinary Circumstances: All travel fees are subject to additional fees during inclement weather, unusual situations, and anything that might require the notary public to make an extra effort or spend more time traveling to or from an appointment, such as during blackouts, rush appointments, etc.  

The notary may cancel in the event the assignment appears to be unsafe. A reimbursement fee of $25 is at the notary's expense. 

An additional $50 convenience fee will be added to travel fees or for any notarizations that take place after 9:00PM.   

If you need a RON witness for your document there is a $30 witness fee.
